At Nom Nom Cart, we strive to provide exceptional service and delicious charcuterie experiences for all our customers. Please carefully review our refund policy below, which outlines terms for both our charcuterie board delivery service and our event cart service.

Charcuterie Board Delivery Service
- All charcuterie board and sample deliveries are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the perishable nature of the products.

Event Cart Service
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail nomnomcartinfo@gmail.com
We will reimburse you according to the allowable refund policy below no later than 30 days from the confirmed cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any transaction fees for such reimbursement.
To secure your event booking, a deposit typically equal to 50% of the quoted amount is required at the time of booking, with final payment balance due seven (7) days prior to the event. Review the event contract you signed for the official deposit required as this figure may change depending on the order in accordance with our business policies and procedures.
The following refund terms apply in the event of cancellation:
1. Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Event Date
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit. Any funds spent on custom event items like special materials, decorations, or styles may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Cancellations Between 7 and 29 Days Before the Event Date
Customers are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
3. Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Event Date
The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable.
Nom Nom Cart reserves the right to refuse refunds outside of these terms.

Conditions for returns of merchandise:
Non-perishable goods and merchandise may be eligible for refund upon receipt of the returned item.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
If necessary, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
